If you grew up playing as Link, the lovable hero of the Legend of Zelda franchise, you must be one of those folks who loves puzzles, open world games, and excellent tomfoolery. The mischief a gamer can get into on the latest Nintendo releases of the Zelda games, Breath of the Wild and Tears of the Kingdom, send everyone's nostalgia into overdrive, reminding us all what it feels like to play a child-friendly game again. Finally, we can stop pretending that we like Elden Ring. Completionists everywhere are banning together for the TOTK release, hoping to find another onslaught of korok seeds to collect, seeing who can create the silliest fused weapons, and searching for funny wild mounts to ride all over the map. We can once again (just like we did with BOTW) risk our careers, education, and family relationships to blast through hours of gameplay and enjoy everything Nintendo has to offer.
