Don't you just love it when horrible bosses accidentally out themselves by being total a-holes on public forums? When u/cupofteaf found out that their past workplace had shut down for good, they found some screenshottable gold right up r/antiwork's alley. It was a negative, one-star review criticizing the restaurant for its bad hygiene practices and poor working conditions. The restaurant owner replied to the review with an angry rant full of empty threats and terrible grammar. Needless to say, the boss' response did not age well.
“Well obviously he treats his employees that way so he expects that everybody else does too.” said u/DaemonHawkeye.
“I mean how does the owner know who the person posting was in relation to weeks worth of video footage in really low definition where you can just about make out that it is a person in shot.” said u/ChildOf1970.
“Them mentioning video footage is just telling on yourself” said u/das_war_ein_Befehl.
“Not to mention saying you looked through hours of security footage to find out who your employees talk to isn’t really doing much to disprove that it’s a toxic workplace.” said u/Chengar_Qordath.
