Everyone has a brain fart now and again, but for these people, it's a chronic condition. At least, that's according to this incredible thread of answers to u/Smejbur's question, "What is one of the dumbest things a person has said to you?"

Saying and doing dumb things is one of life's simple pleasures, but it has to be done in moderation. And unfortunately for a lot of us, we often don't intend to say something silly, and then get embarrassed when we're called out for it.

These folks below did confess the funniest dumb questions they've heard asked, and the answers range from just a little bit silly to incredibly uninformed.

The person who watched Jurassic Park and believed the dinos were real… I just want to know where you thought people were stashing the dinosaurs IRL? If dinosaurs really did still exist in modern times, that would clearly be the best thing ever. We would certainly make Jurassic Park and it's various sequels happen, and maybe it would play out just like the movies would. You never know until you try! Give the dinosaurs a chance to adapt to modern society! In fact, let the dinos roam free on their own island, no humans should be involved at all. That's how I'd run Jurassic Park — there'd be no escapees on my watch, just happy dinos frolicking in the sun and doing their dino activities.
