When it comes to cats… there are many things that we have to say. Cats are amazing creatures. First of all, cats are awwdorable. Second of all, cats are hissterical. Also, cats can be incredibly smart. Although, cats can also be hella dumb, which is also amazing and valid. In short, cats are purrfect. They just are. In every shape and form that they come in, they manage to steal our hearts. No matter how many times they randomly bite our ankles in the middle of the night or how many of our favorite things they smack off our shelves, we love them.
And that's why we make this Cat Medley every single week. It's a collection of love and appreciation toward this purrfect and beautiful creature. Here, we show love to every part of being a cat - from the good… to the good, because there is nothing bad about cats. Call us crazy cat people all you want. We embrace the label.

"Found this little guy after he was roaming the neighborhood and ended up in the engine fan of a neighbors car. A little banged up, but I think it's safe to say Lucius is enjoying his new life as a house cat."
"I found the cat outside one of the apartment buildings. A small box patch of a scratch pad and a small container of water were left outside, but no food. The cat feels underweight when I pet them, though it's difficult to see in the picture. They're social enough that I know the cat once had an owner, though I don't know if they have one now. The cat is missing a collar so I don't know any contact info."
"I fostered her for 6 months five years ago, cried like a baby when i had to give her back to her people. I have remembered her so fondly and talked always missed her. She would sleep with my every night. She was always there.
A few days ago the same person texted me asking if there was any way I could take her again, but permanently. HOW could I not say yes?
She remembered me and everything is already back to how it used to be. Five years difference, she's 16 now and in perfect health. I really hope that she loves the rest of her life with me. I feel so lucky to have her again."
"I'm adopting this little criminal next week from a friend. I already have an adult male cat at home. Should I bring the baby to the vet before he comes home? He lives outdoors on a terrace. Also, let my cat sniff him or separate them for a while?"
