They say you should choose your battles in life, but some people love to fight every single battle that comes their way. Maybe it's just the way they were raised, being taught that confrontation will always get you your way. But in reality, treating every minor issue like a huge deal just makes everyone around you roll their eyes.
In a story told to the r/EntitledB**** subreddit, u/HBiggle shared a story of a Karen who accosted them while they worked as an attendant on a train. Being a train attendant sounds inherently difficult. As the OP noted, the floor is always moving underneath them as the train rattles along. They're carrying around "heavy plates packed with hot beverages, cakes, and such stuff," and to make matters worse, inconsiderate guests sometimes plop their bags into the middle of the walkways.
The OP writes that despite the difficulty, they have a system to ensure that all 400 passengers can get a hot beverage during their ride. they serve the first class people, then everyone else, then gather trash. And they have to do it quickly due to the time constraints.
Along comes Karen, who thinks that she, actually, knows better than the OP how to run the operation. This entitled woman decided she absolutely had to have coffee ASAP, and nothing could convince her otherwise once she set her mind to it.
Next up, this guy had an encounter with a thief, and he had a clever way of getting back at him.
