Potty training is an especially stressful part of parenting. You have to tell your kids over and over to communicate with you about when they have to go to the bathroom, and you have to learn how to gauge when they're on the brink of a full-tilt emergency. Even though it's hard at first, you don't have to worry about changing diapers and wiping bottoms anymore once it's done. Some kids take a while to catch onto the whole toilet thing, but when you're a parent, there's a ticking time bomb forcing you to potty train your kids as soon as possible. I'm not talking about the time bomb that could go off at any second in their pants; I'm talking about school. If you're going to school or pre-school, you can't be peeing or pooping your pants every day. One mom had no clue she couldn't send her kid to kindergarten in diapers, and she was most displeased with that news.
