'He said her land survey was wrong...but didn't show any proof': Entitled neighbor claims woman's garden of 30+ years is his

We've all heard stories of a new neighbor who moves in and acts like they run the block. Well, that's precisely what happened in this case. Our OP shared a story about his 56-year-old mother, who has lived in her house for over 30 years. She knew the last neighbor for over 20 years and never had any issues. She has been happily maintaining her yard and growing her beautiful garden for over 30 years, and then entered the new entitled neighbor. 

It started with him clearing some trees to put up a new shed. It's a bit of an eyesore but not too big of a deal. The real trouble came when he cleared about seven trees from the OP's mother's yard. She tried to show him the land survey she had gotten back in 2007, but the new neighbor is not having it. According to Reddit, the only way to solve this issue is through an attorney.
