  • While there are plenty of these people—and that's a fact we'd do well to remember—without a doubt, it's the people on the other side of the scale who stick within our minds, leaving us with experiences that we'd rather forget but find it nearly impossible to. These are the entitled and selfish people of the world, those with no regard for anything other than their own means to their own ends, and they'd sooner step over you or on top of you than consider helping you on your feet.

    A specific subset of these people is our “choosing beggars," those who make audacious demands for things that they feel entitled to, usually at the expense of someone else or in lieu of a fair exchange… and this collection is made up of some of this year's top examples as voted throughout the year by a popular online community of the same name.
