Once you see what some CEOs are giving to their employees for the holidays, you'll never feel bad about your own gift-giving skills ever again. These people are out here giving gifts that are not just bad, but insulting to the very people who work so hard to keep their company going. CEOs who hand out M&Ms in lieu of a holiday bonus, you're getting coal in your stocking this year!
These people all had a few mildly infuriating moments that happened to them during the holiday season. One person had a Christmas tree that lost of its needles before Christmas day. That would certainly be infuriating---when you pay a lot of money for a tree, you want it to stay alive for at least a few weeks. This year I got a nordic pine tree instead of your typical balsam fir, and the difference was amazing. I only got that type because it was significantly cheaper. And you know what, my money-saving attitude paid off! It barely sheds its needles, and is still living and looking beautiful after several weeks. I may never go back to the rapidly-turning-orange balsam firs of yesteryear. (Those also shed piles of sharp needles each day… ouch). I may have stumbled upon a cheap and efficient tree hack for future holidays.
Check out all of these mildly infuriating moments below. Then, these movie theater employees shared what makes them so annoyed at customers, like one person who complained, "Your 4 year old can't play on your iPad during the movie."

It reads, "Santa Pill. Santa has checked his list, He even checked it twice. It seems that he has found, You haven't been so nice! So to help you relieve the stress, And brighten up your mood. He sent these "Santa Pills" To give you a FESTIVE attitude!"
It's passive aggressive, no?
It has words all over it! I wonder why it doesn't bother him. Does he know they sell clear versions of screen protectors? Does he just like the reminders of how to work the tablet? It's a mystery.
It reads, "NO ONE will be allowed to take vacation or sick time during the holidays. If anyone just does not show up or is sick these days, you will lose your holiday pay and risk termination.
Please do not ask to be off any of these days. Think about this. What does it do to your co-worker and your customers if you are off.
If there are any questions, let me know."
But this dude couldn't resist being on an iPad for the entire duration of the show. Plus, u/S1mw1z writes, "Didn't even get a high score."
How generous.
And if the employees didn't want that, there was a blanket option, too (CEO's photo still included).
