This customer still hasn't learned proper tipping etiquette. Even after numerous orders from the same pizza place, she still thinks it's cool not to tip the pizza delivery dude.
Tipping culture has never been more hotly contested, as more and more places have added tipping options to every order. It's especially awkward when you're buying something at a store or restaurant where you're just being handed an item. If the person behind the counter just rings you up your order, why should you have to tip on that interaction? If you're feeling generous, I'm sure a tip would make an employee's day.
However, it's a longstanding tradition to tip your pizza delivery person. They're driving your food out to you, and (hopefully) keeping it warm in a hot bag. It makes sense to give them a few bucks for the trouble of delivering food to you so you don't have to go out and get it. You get to lounge around in your sweatpants, and the driver gets a few dollars extra. That's a win-win!
