Welcome to 2024, where the working class is working to change the workplace norm. Sure, we are all familiar with the usual 9-to-5/ Monday-Friday work week, but what if we didn't do that anymore? What if we only worked four days a week and had a three-day weekend, but had to work a few extra hours during those four days? Does that sound more like your speed?
