'We're not paying you for the shoddy work you did': Snow removal starts dispute between neighbors

These two neighbors have a feud that is escalating by the day. So it goes with neighborhood drama: little things can quickly escalate into issues that aren't easy to resolve. 

Just like with any relationship, there has to be some give and take. If you water plants for your neighbor, they might powerwash your sidewalk while they're washing theirs. Or maybe your neighbor bakes you a great casserole, so you return their dish with some fresh brownies for them to snack on. Life can be so sweet, but not every neighbor is interested in living that way. 

These two guys had a pretty major disagreement over how to prepare for a massively snowy winter. The OP, u/eGrant03, writes that no matter how many times their dad tried to warn the neighbor about the snowfall and the way the city monitored snow removal, this guy just wouldn't hear it. He certainly paid the price for avoiding it! It's not like snow just magically disappears, after all.
