There is simply nothing tastier to the hooman (and apparently possum) palette at 2:24 in the morning than shredded cheese, ideally cheddar. Though this is applicable to almost any kind of mild mannered cheese, like a nice slice of Gouda, or a nibble of Camembert, or even a chunk of Manchego.
