The witness writes that they saw a guy propose to his GF at Love Park, home to the famous Philadelphia landmark that literally says LOVE in big red letters (see the photo included at #1 below). It's an iconic destination that draws in thousands of visitors each year. It makes sense why this guy would choose such a romantic spot to propose to his GF. However… she did reject his proposal.
But that's not the end of the story. People in the comments wondered if the proposal was staged for a Tiktok. Apparently, rejection skits are popular on the app. Others felt bad for the guy who had his heart broken in front of a crowd. It sounds like a hot mess from how the witness describes it, so read their post for yourself and see if you think it's real or fake. And for what it's worth, I spent a few minutes looking for a video of such a thing and found no results… but maybe in the future we'll get to see the results of the Love Park proposal.
