When You're A New Mom Navigating The Postpartum Journey

You did it. You're a new mom and made it through arguably the toughest 9 months of your life including the dreaded childbirth. Honestly there is nothing that can 100% prepare you for what your pregnancy journey would look like. If that's all not tough enough, now you have this new little baby to care for. If you have no idea what to do as a first-time mom, you're not alone. You'll learn what works best for you and your newborn and be more confident as the days go on. 

The postpartum months are another journey you're embarking on. Women are starting to talk more about what that looks like, but once again it's a bit different for everyone. You're figuring out a routine, healing your body, trying to get a grasp on what it means to be a mom and everything in between. However you are currently feeling in your postpartum days, know that you are not alone. 

It's okay to feel all the emotions. Mothers have been doing this for millions of years, literally. It's the hardest job on the planet and don't be afraid to ask for help.
