Girlfriend Requests Washing Hands Before Intimacy, Boyfriend Refuses: 'He said he’s an adult and he can do whatever he wants to'

You would think that after experiencing a global pandemic, people's attitudes towards washing their hands would have changed for the better. Do you remember all the songs that were recommended to be sung while washing hands to ensure that the job was done correctly? 'Happy Birthday' is the one that stands out in my mind. Despite that, a woman's boyfriend had the audacity to claim that he has never met anyone who has washed their hands after returning from a public place. Seriously? Even the guys in the comments were validating the woman's claim that her boyfriend is gross.

The argument started when the girlfriend asked her boyfriend to wash his hands with her after they got back from the theater, to which he said no. Taken aback by it, she further insisted that she feels uncomfortable with him holding her hand, touching her face, etc., when she knows that he doesn't regularly wash his hands. The boyfriend thinks this is ridiculous, but the comment section was on board to affirm that it's absolutely not an absurd request, even sharing their own rules about hand washing - spoiler: one couple had a hot sauce mishap.
