‘I don’t want to marry you anymore’: Woman Questions Her Relationship After Her Boyfriend Proposes to Her in a McDonald’s

Ladies, we all have our standards for things. Some of us need to be swept off our feet, carried away to magical worlds unknown to most people. Some of us need to be the strong, assertive type, always leading and in charge. Some of us want to be the baby and be taken care of. There's an immense range, but the point is to make it clear to your partner what your standards are, how you want to be treated, and how you want to be proposed to as well.

I couldn't imagine a more hilarious scenario, that you feel like you have a great relationship with your partner, and you've even talked about marriage. If you've been explicit about the proposal that you want and you don't get it, well that's definitely disappointing. If he proposes to you in a McDonald's in the middle of eating…well, that's just embarrassing. I would question that relationship as well.
