If you're a cat parent, then you are probably familiar with the one-brain cell theory of all cats sharing just one. It explains the inexplicable behavior of our silly feline friends. Orange cats seem to get their turn with the brain cell the least, then black cats, then tuxedo, and so on. It explains the long buffering time you see your cat having while staring off into space or just their all-around silly behavior.
But let's be honest, domesticated cats are smart! They are just selective in their decision-making. You can see this is clear when comparing them to goats. Now hear me out! We know you could never compare a goat to a cat, but when it comes to who responds to their names, it's a pretty funny game. A viral farmer known as the “Mommy Farmer” took a video of seeing if any of her goats knew their names, and though some looked up at her when they heard, they did not come trotting over. She almost gave up until she spotted her beloved Midnight, the farm's black cat. When she called over Midnight we went slinking up and through several fences just to come to her like a good sweet catto.
While the cat was getting some well-deserved pets a goat finally trots over to steal the spotlight, but we all know who the star of the show was: Midnight. See the cute silliness for yourself below!
