That out-of-the-blue decision made OP feel uncomfortable in the relationship, as she felt the house posed a series of questions about their relationship that she was not ready to face.

OP concluded her original post by saying that she does not know what to do about the situation, and in this updated post, she tells Reddit she confronted her boyfriend, which led to a serious fight between them. After throwing different accusations at each other, including the one in which the boyfriend didn't really buy the house for OP, they ended up breaking up, which OP seems to be in a good place about.
