Update: Marriage Falls Apart After Man Insists on Legal Paternity Test, Upsetting Wife with Unfounded Accusations of Infidelity

Greetings, internet tea enjoyers. Trust is one of the most important pillars of a relationship. Without it, the relationship will surely crumble. You need to be able to rely on your partner and feel secure with them. Suspicion of infidelity or other secrets can lead to breeches of trust, miscommunication, and passive-aggressive behaviors that can lead to the ultimate demise of the relationship. It is just as important, however, to know that your partner trusts you just as you trust them. It is much easier to be vulnerable and honest with someone who is vulnerable and honest with you. So, if your partner insists on you getting a paternity test-- the subtext here being that they do not trust your loyalty-- it can be really hard to bounce back to normal when the results prove his paranoia wrong. In our story today, an update on a previous post, we see the aftereffects of what a lack of trust does to a couple.
