An Exhibition of Memes Fit for a Fine Art Museum

Going to a museum is the perfect way to spend a Saturday. You get to walk around, consume culture, and feel very intellectual. And hey, you might even learn something. And if you've got relatives in town, it's a surefire way to kill a couple of hours where you don't have to worry about entertaining them.

I don't think it's too far out to imagine that there might be a museum for memes one day. They've impacted and shaped our culture in huge ways, after all. Imagine, a whole wing dedicated to trolls. A wax museum of minor TikTok celebrities. Rage comics are made into art films. Large-scale prints of Bad Luck Brian. Cheezburger could act as the curators. Okay, if anyone has a huge chunk of money and doesn't know how to spend it, there's your idea. But for now, we'll look at our memes the old-fashioned way, right here on Memebase.
