We don't give enough credit to things that are designed well. We take them for granted. Like, for example, a Doc Marten boot. It's a classic shape that's so universally recognizable that you immediately know what it is. Or perhaps the toaster. What a simple, elegant design that we haven't really improved on (besides adding optional features). Or take the bicycle. Sure, there might be fancy, upgraded versions of it, but at its core, it's the same old thing that it was 100 years ago.
Then there are the things that are designed poorly. Like the honey container. Sure, a bear is cute and all but it's only useable for the first half of the bottle, then you have to start storing it upside down and it becomes a huge mess. They've tried, but nobody has perfected the storage of honey yet. The people behind these posts probably won't either. They have bigger fish to fry.
