Men are dogs. That is an age-old saying that just keeps being reinforced over and over again by guys like in this viral video.
It all started when a good friend and roommate wanted to help her bestie in her search for love. She convinced her to download the dating app Hinge and they would swipe together. She was there with her boyfriend, cozy on the couch sitting right next to each other, when her roommate put Hinge on the TV screenplay for everyone to see. They're all having a grand time swiping until…
Until they come across a profile that took the air right out of both of their lungs. It was her boyfriend. The boyfriend who was sitting right next to her on the couch. And the profile was not an old one, it was made very recently. It said he was 24, and he had JUST turned 24. His response to the app's questions, “Most spontaneous thing I've done?” He put done, “downloading this app.”
The absolute pandemonium that goes down in that moment is sad and hysterical. The girlfriend (most likely soon-to-be-ex-girlfriend) is aghast. She's grilling him with questions and yelling out his stupid profile responses. All while the roommate/bestie is screaming in HORROR about what is happening. And the boyfriend (hopefully, soon-to-be-ex-boyfriend) is trying to laugh it off saying, “I'll delete it right now!" and is all smiles and giggles. The classic gaslighting technique to make it seem like what he was doing wasn't even that bed. Sure, that doesn't prove he cheated quite yet, but it sure as heck proves he was attempting to. We'd like to see the messages from the app, Alexis. You might be able to laugh it off, but the screenshots don't lie…
Not to mention this happened only weeks after "National Boyfriend Day," where she posted a very wholesome and "in love" video of the two.
She captions the video, "IM SICK."
Like we said, men are dogs…
