Who wants their wedding ceremony destroyed by screaming children, crying babies, or immature belligerence? It makes sense, yet if you invite your friends and family, there's going to be a child related to them. It's unavoidable, and if one wants to insist on their wedding being without children, they just need to know that either everyone is on the same page as them, or that some people just won't show up.

The original poster (OP) says that she refused to let her sister come to her wedding with her children, but she disrespected her wishes. This was the initial cause of resentment, but things spiraled when her sister calls and says she needs to babysit so that her and her husband can get away from the kids. OP refuses, sparking tension that involves the whole family.
