Do you ever daydream about being the CEO of a company? It sounds amazing. For a lot of them, a "workday" consists of coming into the office one a week at noon. They might take a few phone calls or meetings, catch up with their secretaries or other leaders, and then head out to lunch by 3 PM. Then, their workday is over, while the employees working underneath them grind away from 9-5. It seems like most of the CEO's job is listening to others and trying to lead them in the right direction. But they don't seem to really do much work… And sometimes the things they do would never fly with ordinary employees. Like if an employee left at 2 PM to pick their kid up from school, and then left for an impromptu trip to Italy for a week, they'd be fired immediately.
