'That's never going to happen... you have an attitude like a 13-year-old': 10+ Managers who got to tell off their most entitled customers

No one gets through a career in customer service unscathed. No matter how hard you try at your job, there will always be some Karen customers who insist on ruining your day. They'll come in with complaints, some valid, and others merely ridiculous. Sometimes, these customers want things they can't have, like sky-high discounts, or they don't understand why they can't have an item that's clearly out of stock. For whatever reason, this customer won't take no for an answer. They'll keep pushing the employee more and more! Finally, that irate customer will break out that evergreen phrase: "I'd like to speak to your manager." 

For some employees, that's a big relief. Now that crabby customer is your manager's problem, and they'll defend you while you take care of other customers. Even more satisfying, though, are the times when employees got to tell their customers that they actually were the boss!
