I do the things as the rules say to off my boss Well, first of all I work in a post service building, distributing the packages depending on their postal code manually, but we also have machines that do it automatically.

continued blaming only me and another workmate. So I went fully this II mode and read all the rules. So I started leaving the packages inside the boxes carefully (even tapping them to make it look more comically) only lifting one box at a time, instead of the 4 I was used to, I also leave my phones inside the locker and I don't even listen to the music. I don't even eat or drink during the work time and if the boss comes with sweets to give to my

workmates I say them that it's not allowed to eat in the workplace. And also there's a rule of signing the enter and exit with the same signature you have on your id card or something, so I spend my good 10 minutes putting my signature there and off my boss. I literally did everything that was written on the rules. So off me every now she's time she sees me, because I'm doing the job as the rules says and not like my boss told me.

Edit 1: Since I'm doing this instead of finishing 8 or 10 containers a day I do barely one and a half, but I do it as the rules specifies. Edit 2: Also they can't fire me because of low work performance, and if they do I can go to court and if I win they will have to hire me for life for unjustified firing.

I'd go get my hearing tested now! If it's bad you could already sue saying that your hearing has been permanently damaged (might be hard to prove that it wasn't from some previous condition but at least you'll know). If your hearing is still okay get it tested for a baseline so that in the future if it's bad you can prove your work didn't protect you.

Actually you should be demanding a safe work environment!!!! We encourage all our workers be it staff or contractors if they think something isn't safe, stop work and report it immediately. A good company will 100% support their workers. I've shut sites down with over 600 people working on a tight schedule for multiple days because I didn't think things were safe enough and I'm measured

wotmate you can't listen to music or wear auditive protection If the company doesn't allow you to wear hearing protection, they may be in breach of workplace safety laws.

EvilMrGubGub Work to rule, it won't make you any friends though. Never know when a friendly coworker has a lead on something better

Velvet NightFox I'm pretty sure they can fire you for low work performance, as clearly as you're not doing the job up to the level. And skating by with doing barely anything shouldn't be something you get paid for.

I don't agree with how your managers are treating you, but I also don't agree you should keep a job where you're apparently doing jack all. And it's not unjustified if it's Low work performance. Every job has a standard for better or worse.
