Throughout the entire conversation, the customer's tone is condescending
Instead of asking questions, they're being rather snarky with the phrasing. They keep acting like the artist has no idea what they're doing, which is just far from true.

Artwork is often undervalued, even by those who really love and appreciate art. There's the type of critic who scoffs, “I could make that!” And the typical artist's response is, “Go ahead! I thought to design and create this, acquired the skills and tools, and spent hours crafting it. But sure, go ahead and make your own, who's stopping you?” That's a great response because it causes the critic to consider just how skilled a person has to be to craft something. Not everyone is creative, and supporting artists benefits both the artist and the buyer. In this customer's case, they would've gotten a gorgeous handmade blanket that'll probably last a lifetime. Their money would've put food on an artist's table instead of funding a CEO's yacht. Oh well…

Raising prices in real time would be very satisfying for the creator!
