'I'm petty': Driver gets revenge on arrogant tradesmen who held up gas station line by calling number on their work truck and sending them to fake jobs

Getting gas might be one of the most inconvenient adult chores ever. You're forced to step out of your warm, cozy car, brace for the unpredictable weather (especially if you're in the middle of winter), and awkwardly wait as your car sloooowly fills up. Do you stand there, staring at the pump like it might go faster if you glare at it? Or do you awkwardly hop back in your car for approximately 90 seconds, only to leap back out at the sound of the pump's "click"? Neither option feels like it makes the process any less annoying. 

If you're on a road trip and have to stop for gas, every extra minute spent at the pump adds precious time to the ETA, which, if you're anything like me, is a personal challenge you absolutely must beat. But if you pull off and the station is packed? Well, you might just end up being as petty as the guy in this story.

  • Like we said, gas stations are inconvenient enough without dealing with entitled people who seem to enjoy wasting everyone’s time. This petty driver decided enough was enough after being mocked at the pump and got creative with his revenge. Let’s just say he made sure this arrogant tradesman learned that actions have hilarious consequences (well, not hilarious for the tradesman).
