‘The accidental cupid’: Woman recalls petty 'love letter' prank she pulled as a kid in primary school, discovers her ‘victims’ are now happily married with kids

It's rare to find a successful high-school-sweethearts relationships that stays together well into adulthood, let alone an elementary-school-sweethearts one! It all started in primary school, when a jaded little girl decided to take the path of the other mean girls and pulls a nasty prank on two unsuspecting kids who were mean to her. She decided to pull the classic "love letter" prank—you know? The one where you write a fake love letter from the "nerd" of the school and place it in the bag of your victim. It's cruel and immature, but kids do it all the time. Usually, it ends with one or both of the people involved feeling embarrassed and getting teased by others, but cupid had other plans for this prank…

The woman recalling this immature prank she pulled as a kid says she looks back on it now and is embarrassed by how she acted—but then again, she was just a confused little kid. She recalls not feeling any justice from this prank even as a kid, because the “nerdy” boy she made the note from stood up and owned it rather than getting embarrassed. This actually led to the to victims of the prank hanging out more.

Looking back on the prank, she cringed at herself, but she was also curious about the to victims from her elementary school prank days. So she looked them up and she couldn't believe her eyes.
