'He needs you to take him home': Hearty hooman shares his cat buddy with the wholesome online feline family asking for adoption advice

The Cat Distribution System works in mysterious ways. It somehow knows to pair the cats needing a home with the hearty hoomans who will give them the roof, the food, the love, and the care they need. It's a system that just somehow works, and we're so grateful for that mysterious force of nature. We love hearing about cats who found their hooman with a home, so they can share the space with them. We're also happy to hear about the hoomans who need the absolutely wholesome love of a cat, and getting distributed one - because the Cat Distribution System takes care of that too.

This time the CDS made another pairing between a hardworking hooman, who works 12-hour shifts, with a cuddly cat that keeps him company during these long working hours. This hooman was able to bring the cat some food, and the cat was cuddling with him in the car, almost begging for him to take him home. It's like the hooman has been chosen by this cat, whom he named Jack. The CDS does work in mysterious ways like that.

the story was shared with the online feline family for them to acknowledge the Cat Distribution System has distributed Jack to this person. Some even shared their own story about being distributed a cat by the CDS, and some gave tips on bringing a cat home for the first time. We simply love the online feline family, and how everyone comes together to help a first-time cat pawrent. It's just lovely.

    really tempted to smuggle him into my apt my second job is doing overnight security at an apt complex under construction. I'm always exhausted. noticed this guy following me around. I shared some of my chicken strips from Jack in the box, so I named him Jack. he's good company on these 12hr shifts. finally got him some actual cat food & water. he naps in the car on my breaks

  • It's really heartwarming to see how this little fella trusts this hooman. Cats don't just give their trust to anyone, and it's honestly just nice to see this hearty hooman create a safe space for the cat to feel relaxed around him.

For what it's worth every apartment I ever lived in I had an illegal cat lol. I always told them to stay out of the window. If a maintenance guy ever needed to come in, I put them and their box in my closet
