What did the average day look like for a young girl growing up in the early 2000s? Let's take a walk down memory lane. You probably woke up in a pink nightgown and ate Reese's Puffs or Special K for breakfast. Sure, the latter was heavily marketed as a diet food, but wasn't everything back in the day? At school, you memorized multiplication tables, and if you were lucky, you got to do a parachute activity for PE class.

After school, you probably logged on to your family computer in the living room. Millennials didn't really have the same freedom to roam outside as Gen X did, but we did have freedom on the internet. If you weren't on AIM, you were likely on MSN Messenger chatting with your buddies. After checking on your Neopets and doing your dailies, you might have rated videos with stars on the early version of YouTube.
