Wazzap, millennial ladies? Gen X are always going on and on about the freedom they had to roam the streets on their bikes as kids. They love relaying nostalgic tales of playing in the woods, no cellphone in sight, with only the sunset and streetlamps to mark the appropriate time to get home. We millennials didn't have that. Stranger Danger was big in the 2000s, and for good reason. But we did have unfettered internet access before ads and 10-second reels took over the world. We may have not been able to ride our bikes to the cinema, but we traversed internet landscapes that now only memories. I spent countless hours on Disney.com, MyScene.com, and AddictingGames.com, dressing up digital dolls and throwing pixelated darts at balloons.
