If you were constantly criticized and micromanaged by poor-performing upper management, getting fired is likely a blessing in disguise. You can always find a new job (at some point), but you cannot add more time to your body clock—and we all know time is as valuable as gold.

In this next story, an employee is fired, and four months later, they learn that their boss sent a company-wide email discussing and detailing every reason why they were fired. The boss chalked it up to poor leadership skills, but the employee has stellar feedback from other colleagues to oppose this narrative.
