Memes are a great way to get to know somebody. They convey the type of humor you have and anxiety. They are a very helpful tool for your therapist to diagnose you. You think you're just being funny, but where do you think all that funny came from, huh?? Probably some sort of generational trauma that was passed down to you, that's where. So let your therapist know what's up with your messy brain by creating a meme thread with them. You'll be LOLing and they'll be saying “let's unpack this.” Haha! Isn't that funny??… I hate it when she says that. But hey! Nothing like self-discovery during a time of dispair.
