    My father is the same, when my gparents passed my dad was ped off that my gparents split between 4 siblings and 6 grandkids. The level of entitlement people have is shocking!

    valthun He needs to switch it to a living trust and put you or your aunt in charge. That way your dad gets only what the trustee decides they can have and contesting a trust is a lot more difficult
