Roommates really are the bane of existence, aren't they? I've had my fair share of roommate horror stories, as well as years of living with my best friends. Here's what I've learned: your living space is sacred, and if you're in an uncomfortable living situation, it should be the first and foremost thing you change about your life. If you live alone and you miss the company at home, the noise, the people, the energy, then go out and find a roommate. If you live with others already and feel deeply uncomfortable upon entering your own home or seeing them, it's the top priority to get them out of the house or move. For me, living alone is ideal. There's nothing like our own space. 
 

In the story below, the protagonist decides to rent out her extra room in her apartment. Her new "roommate" has some secrets he's been hiding, and she finds out he plans on moving his three young children into their living room.

  • If you're excited about stories surrounding entitled people, then this one's for you. This man is so entitled. To try and blame a complete stranger on if he loses custody of his children. No wonder he's a single dad, who would want to be with a “man” like that?
