Working from home isn't always a walk in the park. Or sometimes it is a walk in the park that lasts a little too long, and then suddenly, you realize that you've been off-task for hours after a side quest that was supposed to help you focus better. At my job, whose fruit you lovely readers get to indulge in, I get to work from home once a week. My friends foolishly assume that this is the best day to make plans with me, not realizing that it actually takes a lot more brain power and effort for me to focus at home than at the office. On top of that, it's the only day I have to get important errands done!

In our story today, a young woman with a remote job refuses to house her brother and pregnant wife. Wishing to maintain a work environment free from distractions, she graciously offers a compromise. Instead, little bro runs crying to mom and dad.
