This person came by to "forgive" some employees who made him mad, but then he started yelling at them instead. In an odd video posted by u/galaxystars1, a bystander is filming inside of a AAA as a (former) customer flips out.
There are two sides to every story, and we only see a small segment of what happened here. But as the upset customer says, he had a 26-year-long membership with AAA, and the company cancelled it. Though they don't say why, someone mentions that this dude shows up often to complain about it. And complain he does: this guy repeatedly shouts at the employees that he is forgiving them. However, he's certainly yelling and carrying on as if he doesn't actually forgive them, and is actually harboring a grudge about his lost membership.
As a few people noted, even if this dude did lose a 26-year membership, the length of the membership doesn't come with extra perks or benefits. If he's come into the office and been disruptive before, it could explain why the company wouldn't want to serve him as a customer any longer. This guy seems to take it very personally, adding that the company "hurt" him and his family. Um…how though? Did they not help him out last time he had a flat tire or something?
Regardless of the reason, there's never a justification for acting abusive and threatening toward employees. Next time this guy wants to come around to bother the AAA employees, they should just remind him that he's already forgiven them, and he should move on with his life!
Next up, these people told all about their funniest, pettiest acts of revenge.
