The code of conduct has some utterly bizarre rules, as you can read in the article below. Some of the strangest include the rule that families need to register ten full days in advance of Halloween in order to trick or treat. The poster would also like to know their “route and times" the families plan on strolling the neighborhood. Ten days before Halloween is October 21st, and half of the trick or treaters probably don't even have a costume by then, let alone a planned out route!
Another simply bizarre rule is the final one: “No children under 9.” This is the exact opposite of people who complain kids should stop celebrating by ages 12 or 18. Maybe you could just give candy to everyone who comes to your door, adults included, because you don't stop loving candy just because you've grown older!
