For one woman, this issue became a pressing one when her brother expected that she would give him half of the significant amount that she had inherited from their grandmother. He had already received a smaller amount of money from the grandmother's trust.
Taking into consideration that he did not have a good financial history and that she had had to engage in a legal battle to receive her money, the sister was not comfortable in immediate sharing. However, she did offer her unemployed brother a well-paid job with her company, as well as a fund he could use for special events.
Although he originally agreed to this offer, he then rejected it and stopped speaking to her. She wanted to know if she had done something wrong.

Am I wrong for not giving my brother half of my inheritance and instead offering him a job and long-term financial support?
