I work in a busy reception and got a call from a really rude man who swore and called me all sorts of names that it got to me and I cried. I passed him onto one of my bosses who calmed him down and apologised. I thought I would get the flack as "the customer is always right" but afterwards my boss wrote on the rude mans profile on our system how horrid he was to me and never to do business with him again. The fact they backed me up made me feel so much better and IMMD
