First of all, look at that blink. That slow, deep blink this cat mama is giving towards the human. That's not accidental - that's the highest sign of trust one can get from a cat. Well, at least one of the highest. But combine that with the fact that she chose to break into their house to give birth inside? Now it says even a lot more.
When a cat blinks at you, so slowly and deeply enough you can snap a picture of it, they're saying: “I trust you so much, hooman, that I'm willing to let all of my visual defences go in the presence of you. I see no escape routes, I can't run to safety, but that's because I put all of my safety in your hands. I can safely close my eyes around you, because I know you will defend me, you will protect me from danger. My life is safe around you, and I will slow blink to prove it to you.”
Once you have the honour of witnessing a cat - and a pregnant one, no less - slow blinking at you, you can definitely know you are 100% trustworthy in their closed eyes.

'She broke into my house to give birth': Person finds a sweet stray cat in their house, only for her to turn into three more after birthing the Trojan load
Some cats come by surprise; some cats come with surprises.
They're just funny like that at the Cat Distribution System, they apparently like pranks and surprises. Yes, normally they'd send out a cat in need to the arms of a trusted hooman for a foster or adoption. It's literally what they do (we think… nobody actually knows what they do, this meowsterious bunch). But every once in a while, they won't just make you hear a kitten in the bushes, or have a cat running towards you, meowing profusely. But sometimes, it's not the unexpected adoption plans that suddenly land on an unsuspected pawrent-to-be - sometimes, the cats themselves come full of surprises. Literally.
This cat came with three little surprises inside her. The CDS sent a cat to be adopted, and she turned out to be four different felines. Don't worry - all cats found a forever home. But you see, this is the nature of a Trojan mama - they come in seeking help, as any sweet stray would, but they actually seek help for their future kittens. And that's absolutely adorable. It's also a lot of work for any pawrent, either deciding to keep the bunch or making sure the entire Trojan load has a home. Either way - it's more cute cats with a roof above their heads, which makes us very happy.
