It seems like the grown adults who adore throwing tantrums are also the ones who constantly stay at hotels and get there late at night. Because this isn't the first night shift hotel employee rant we have seen online. The author even writes that this was the THIRD time a guest has thrown a “Wet Floor” sign at the cops… LOL What an oddly specific act for tantrum-throwers to pull. You have to be extremely thick-skinned to work in hospitality, especially the nightshift.

Luckily, every employee on this staff had each other's backs, even the GM. So, this male Karen stood no chance! After he got his keys deactivated and his tantrum mode went into full overdrive, the staff had their duties, and he was cuffed and out of there before anything went too far. He didn't even get to gather his things, but that's what he gets for thinking he is exempt from treating staff as human beings. Now, the night staff can continue to do their jobs well with him out of the way.

What would you do in a situation like this? Again, you have to be a strong-willed person to work in hospitality, so what are the options? Cry behind the front desk? Square up? Or do exactly what everyone in this circumstance did? The last option seems like the best practice, as you can see how it played out well for the staff IRL.
