She was around the building for years and now she had decided she wants to be a domestic cat, but since we can't take her in she is a community cat.

Kitty is around 5+ years old now, she is here for around the 4-5 years already, she started loafing on my mum's car all the time, and started to greet her, and then she started approaching us in her own just to get pets and attention, and then started entering our building (I have to get her out since there is a dog in the building so eh can't be inside) even climbing the bench in teh lobby when we pass next to her.

If I'm honest she is a sweet heart and totally docile to humans- meaning she doesn't run away from us or gets aggressive form accidents (like accidentally to sign her face).

So since now I am an adopted human named "mew". Note: she is a stray but is spayed and vaccinated (where I'm from strays usually get spayed and vaccinated) and I can tell by the ear tip she has.

Also she si a pretty clean and healthy cat she doesn't show any signs of pain or hunger only attention seeking.

Also, she never attacked a human or showed aggression to humans before and pretty much sweet to everyone.

harmlessgrey No one can bring her inside and give her a home? Does she have a safe shelter to live in? It's good that she's neutered.

OP Global-Syllabub9077 I can't bring her inside since my mom doesn't allow a cat. About a shelter, yes she is provided food, water and a place to be in (usually near buildings since I don't live in a place where it's always hot and the worst weather is like 10°C which usually doesn't last for long) so yes she is safe and cared for

VegetablePonaCones Tell your mom that's too bad and if she wants you to care for her when she's older, take the cat!

whatthewhat3214 Do you have trusted friends who could give her a good home? This baby needs and wants a home. Or contact a no-k I rescue to take her in and find her a home. It's not safe outside.

Odd_Advertising_1545 Don't let anyone make you feel bad for not bringing her inside. You are making sure she's fed, safe, and loved in her familiar territory. She clearly picked you as her favorite human. Thank you for looking out for her!

Mollytovcocktail1111 You can also call a rescue to come get her. It doesn't have to be you taking her, someone will want this sweet girl and be able to bring her inside.

OP Global-Syllabub9077 Where I'm from rescue doesn't rescue strays that are not in danger I think because we don't have much shelters here and the only open shelter is like 2 hours away and I cannot drive or take public transport there(I tried calling but they dismiss me because I'm a teen)

Mollytovcocktail1111 Awww I'm sorry, honey. Well, just keep her fed and looked after her and do what you can. Anytime we lessen the suffering in the world the whole world is affected for the better!

Areil26 I love that she's named you "Mew." Makes perfect sense. Kitty also probably plays a little Pokemon Go in her spare time. She's lucky to have you!
