To intervine, or not to intervine, that’s the question. Is he really questioning that, or is he looking for validation on the internet? The way he kinda justifies his actions points me in the second direction. I still think what he did was right, though. Something has to be very wrong to kick somebody out after 18 years of doing the same job. Of course, accusing the other person of doing the same thing doesn’t solve the issue you’re being accused of, but it made him keep his job, so…

There should be some protection for workers who have kept their position for so long, and this time the protection came from taking the law into one’s own hands. I don’t know what the new coordinator was trying to do; maybe he was trying to take the team to another level, but he should’ve started with himself. Clearly, if he wanted to make some changes, he should’ve worked with the coaches, not against them, and I hope that’s what he’s doing now. Good job, son!
