It’s hard to think an organization can go well if not everybody is organized and striving for a common goal, in that ideal scenario, people who make decisions like firing employees to cut down on ‘expenses’ would try to leave the best performing employees working on the team, but this company doesn’t seem to care much about that, and also not care about discussing their decisions strategically with anyone else. It doesn’t sound like the friendliest workplace, and maybe this employee should start looking for a way out, or maybe, just maybe, the solution would be to learn to be very adaptable and choose to make the best of what he’s got, always. What would the best career option be for you?
