A Drunk Guy Gave Himself the Worst Charmander Tattoo

Redditor yllwsnow2 claims his buddy was drunk and high on Xanax and thought it would be fun to give himself a Pokémon tattoo. Now, I don't want to speak for him, maybe the guy has no regrets, but if I had to make an educated guess, I'm pretty sure this thing didn't turn out how he meant for it to:
