Last I came home and found a SUV completely blocking my driveway. I couldn't even pull in to unload groceries. I had to park on the street and walk over.

I knocked and she came to the door with music blasting. I told her someone was blocking me and needed to move it. She sighed and said Oh that's my sister's car, it's just easier for them to unload there. No apology.

When I said I needed my driveway, she rolled her eyes and said Just relax, they'll be gone in a few hours. You should be more understanding. I told her if it

Ok_Function2282 I would be absolutely outraged. Even when I lived in an apartment, if some a h le was blocking the alleyway to get into our garage I was furious. It's not a parking spot, it's a path of ingress/egress. You are 100,000% justified.

A suburban home with a private driveway and garage in a residential neighborhood.
thedeathecchi NTA, people are so entitled nowadays it's actually crazy, and not enough people are giving them what for. From the very first instance you should've just stood firm and went "This is my driveway, not yours, I didn't give you permission, please leave." If the response was anything other than "Okay.", no warning, no waiting, just get it towed.
