I'm not sure if I'm the only one, but I feel I'm functioning slower than usual. I don't blame it only on Halloween, although I'm sure someone had to put a spell on me, but I think the time of year has something to do with it as well. We're in November, and the Holiday season is approaching, so it's normal for most of us to feel like we're still running on the last of our resources. The good thing is, we'll always have coffee and memes to dive into when we need that push. Laughing is great for our brains, and I use it when I need motivation or a reward to look forward to. Have you tried that? I highly recommend picking a few Cheezburger stories and saving them for when you need a prize for your efforts. You might be studying for exams, or maybe have a big meeting coming up.. having memes to wait you after that is great to get the work done.

If you ask me, I have a couple down my sleeve that I'm pulling out as soon as I'm done with this story. I started doing this by allowing myself to scroll through TikTok for a bit, but then realized it didn't help me at all. Although it was a good brain break and I could chill without thinking, it only gave me anxiety and the feeling of wanting to spend more time on the app. And essentially, I still need to get back to work and my duties, so it doesn't do any good. That's when I started saving memes that I later share with you in this story. So, basically, this is a chain in which we all support each other: we're here to help us get through the workday without feeling exhausted on the first day. You got this!
